As the Chairperson of the Senate of University of Baltistan, Skardu, and Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan, it gives me immense pleasure to address you at this important juncture in our university's development.

The University Senate, as the supreme governing body, plays a crucial role in setting strategic direction, ensuring academic quality, and overseeing the university's development. Our focus remains on:

I am pleased to note the significant progress made by University of Baltistan in recent years. The achievement of HEC 'W' Category status is a testament to the dedication of our faculty, administration, and students.
